Fluid Recovery drinks contain Whey Protein Isolate, a complete and fast digesting protein that provides all of the essential amino acids required by the human body. The faster amino acids can enter the blood stream, the faster they can aid in repair, growth, and maintenance of muscle tissue.

The scope of recovery is larger than just protein. What about glycogen replenishment, and decreasing inflammation, supporting your immune system, and restoring electrolyte balance? Glycogen, or stored muscle energy, is necessary for athletic performance.
