If you are allergic to dairy products, you should not drink Fluid Recovery as the whey protein in Fluid comes from milk. If you are gluten intolerant, Fluid is appropriate for you as it 100% gluten free and made on equipment that is certified gluten free on a regular basis. If you are a vegetarian that consumes dairy products, then Fluid Recovery is fine for you. Whey protein isolate used in Fluid Recovery is derived from dairy products.
I'm lactose intolerant, can I use Fluid Recovery?
Fluid Recovery does contain ingredients derived from dairy, and therefore, may contain trace amounts of lactose for those who are highly sensitive. However it is 99.9% lactose free due to the high quality of whey protein isolate. It is always best to consult your physician.
Is Fluid Recovery appropriate for diabetics or hypoglycemics?
Individuals with diabetes or hypoglycemia should work with their physician to determine whether a product like this is appropriate for them.
